This week we went to entertain our great-niece in Edinburgh (translate that to read I went to be wrapped round my great-niece’s little finger.)
These photographs are of the Princes Street Gardens area, including the Bank of Scotland Headquarters building overlooking the gardens.

There are some great shots there. I’ve not been to Edinburgh at Christmas time for a while, perhaps I should try (though when I’m going to get time this year I’m not sure!). How are the tram works coming along?

Oh, what a grand time you must have had!!!! It looks so fun and festive!!!! Bless her little heart…I suppose she wraps many folks around her wee fingers!!!! Fantastic pictures, Bill!!! I especially love #3. The way you caught the ride on the church spire…brilliant!!!

@Jackie – Princes Street lines have been laid. Everywhere still has to be disrupted for both line laying and everywhere for wiring supports.
@Katya – That isn’t a church spire, but the Sir Walter Scott Monument.
